How to Join/Submit Monthly Feature Contest Commissions 
Character question of the week: What is your favourite thing to do over the holidays? Please fill out and submit your character profiles! We have a few more now, but we need more! The blank profile sheet is in scraps, as well as a filled out one of my own. Please note me the completed profile, and an optional 150X150 picture of your character. If you have a pic you can't crop, send it and I'll do it for you.
Story Challenge Starting now I'm going to be doing a short story challenge. I'll give you a place, an object, or an event, and you have to write a short story with one or more of your characters including it. You'll have until the deadline to finish, and stories can be as long or short as you want. The stories will be judged by *DekeNicki and myself, and the winner will be featured in both ~oc-art and =holls's journals.
The winner will receive a three month subscription!!
Though the mods can enter, we can't win, but it's open to everyone else!

Até: A grand feast with my connections on Christmas Eve, alongside giving them all some very expensive gift. Give my workers a day off, give Suiggy a gift, then back to work until New Years.
Phaos: If I could I'd celebrate the holidays with Até and Squiggy. But I can't. So I'll do nothing.
Zoiyendetra: I hate the holidays. I'd rather be dead than celebrate them, so I sleep through them.
Ember: I love the holidays! I decorate the trees in the woods and make presents for people.
Olivia: I have to host another party this year. I pulled the short straw out of the bunch again. I get the short straw almost every year, it's ridiculous. I just hope San doesn't show up without warning again.
Jennifer: I'm going to bum around from party to party, until I finally end up at Olivia's place, where I was actually invited. It seems to work out that way every year, unless one of the other girls pulls the short straw. Then I'll end up at their place.
San: Hopefully slip away from my parent's ball and make a surprise appearance at Olivia's party. She loves surprises.
Tia: I'm going to help Olivia with her party! She always asks me to help her out every year it's her turn.
Reneé: I usually go with my sister and Jennifer to make sure they don't get into idiot trouble.
Isis: After Irig the annual holiday straw pulling to make sure Olivia gets it this year, I'll go around to different parties with Jennifer and steal their booze for Olivia's. Everyone always wonders how Olivia finds the time to get such an awesome slection of alcohol every year, but I'll never tell.
Big Mama: I'll cook a roast for Olivia's little holiday party. I know she doesn't know, but my Isis always makes sure the party's at that poor girl's house. So I like to help her out, as an anonymous apology.

Sulae: To stay with my family for a good solid week.
Pardal: To visit my mom and sister for a couple days, and to relax at home doing nothing in particular. Catch up on reading or something. If I ever get bored, I can walk to the shopping center downtown and people-watch. Oh so many fights.
